MARIANNA PODLASEK (1893-1903) Pawel Podlasek was born on 14 May 1861 in Wierzchoslawice, Poland. He was the 7th child of Andrzej Podlasek and Kataryzna Solak.
Kataryzna Piwko was born 26 February 1869 in Wierzchoslawice, Poland. She was the daughter of Andrzej Piwko and Elzbieta Rojski.
Pawel came to the United States in about 1893. The 1895 Minnesota Census shows him living at 618 Marshall Street in Minneapolis.
He died on 19 June 1898 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. His death certificate lists the cause of death as a cerebral hemmorhage. He is buried in an unmarked grave in St. Mary's Cemetary in Minneapolis, Minnesota (under the name Paul Padlake.)
Katarzyna married Jan Cholewa on 1 May 1899 in Wierzchoslawice, Poland.
Jan and Katarzyna came to the United States. Jan died in Florida on 2 March 1926. He is buried in Wauchula Cemetary, Wauchula, Florida.
I do not know what became of Katarzyna or her daughter, Franciszka.
